This 7 Day Program will involve a daily practice that includes; movement and breath work videos, a play date, affirmations and a sacred practice to name just a few. When you begin to work with your daily practice, you open the doors to endless possibilities that you never realized were right in front of you. A part of our practice is allowing old layers of emotion, pain and fear to fall away. In letting go of these layers, we can then move deeper into the life we are meant to lead, one of authenticity, joy and Love.
